Having Trouble Accessing Your Account?

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID) for users without a Campus Computer Account (CCA) only. See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.

If you have a Campus Computer Account (CCA), go to the Applicants and Administrators tab to log in.

I cannot remember my password: Password reset is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID) for users without a Campus Computer Account (CCA) only. If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
