Lorraine Mader Bryner Memorial Scholarship

The Lorraine Mader Bryner Memorial Scholarship was established in 2006 by Dr. Michael Bryner of Midlothian, Virginia, in memory of his wife, who was a devoted teacher of children and adults with special needs. The recipients of this scholarship will be graduate students pursuing a master’s degree in Special Education at SUNY Potsdam.

To qualify for this award, a student must:

  1. Complete the School of Education Scholarship Application
  2. Evaluated based on their ability to demonstrate their potential and commitment to becoming an exceptional teacher of Special Education
  3. Financial need is not a requirement
