Florence M Dowd Scholarship

The Florence M. Dowd Scholarship is awarded to a student from the Canton Central High School or if none qualifies, a student from the Lisbon Central High School or if none qualifies, a student from Ogdensburg Free Academy, for the purposes of aid to a full-time student, with financial need, in the pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree to teach in the elementary school.
