Evelyn Perley Schmidt '35 Scholarship

To qualify for the Evelyn Perley Schmidt ’35 Scholarship, a student must:

1. Be an undergraduate student majoring in Early Childhood Education
2. Have completed a full year of study at SUNY Potsdam
3. Earned a 3.0 GPA or higher
4. Show a commitment to, and passion for, teaching young children.

The scholarship may be renewed up to an additional two years, as long as the student maintains a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and remains an Early Childhood major.
Preference shall be given to students with financial need, but need is not required.
